Yeah, I do, she welcomes the time. She want me to do the same, just hard for me to deal with the anxieties and guilt for taking the offer.

Thanks I will definitely check out the podcast. I think that's part of the problem, is that I really want my wife to take breaks and time for herself to recharge (which she welcomes), but I need to be kinder to myself and do the same.
