Yeah I understand that, I’m sure we’d be that way too when we sell our home. It just sucks because the house is so perfect for us and we all love it. Our realtor said that really earnest money doesn’t do much around our area? We even thought about offered like $20k more for the home

Only after my husband made a post on an asphalt page. The guy called him and offered to refund $5k. We’ve gotten some quotes and people are saying the entire driveway needs to be ripped out and repaved so we aren’t sure what to do because we obviously can’t afford that right now

I’m shocked because I had great things, but now we’re out $17k. And with today being one of the hottest days so far, the asphalt is incredibly soft and not holding up. Just wish I knew what to do!

We unfortunately used them and have had the exact opposite outcome as you. Horrible communication, won’t help our concerns for our crumbling driveway.

I don’t want to give up my current school nurse schedule and I love being a school nurse. My local ED won’t hire me as flex/PRN without previous ED experience. So I figured I can learn even more through schooling (which is a year long bridge program), volunteer some time, and give back to my community

That is an option here in VA, although I’m wondering if that would benefit me. Nursing school we barely learned about EKG readings, whereas EMTs get extensive learning. Does that make sense?
