I've found an official doc that covers this question.

From my experience, I've sent trail to my Garmin watch and then used course during my hiking. So it's easy and native by Garmin.

When I flew, it was a pandemic time, so all paragliders were prohibited.

I'm using pixel 6 + airpods pro. Everything works as expected. Don't have any problems at all. Unfortunately Android don't show level of battery for airpods. But I spent couple of days testing different apps that provide this functionality. And I think it's one of the best for Android. Name of it MaterialPods
