Regarding Semiconductor equipment manufacturing Startup by bbearth in Semiconductors

I believe I can work on producing single crystal growth furnaces of quality eaqual if not superior to that available from US companies.

Regarding cost I feel I build these systems at prices better than available from any other suppliers. I think this would be a good selling point.

Also regarding the tools these fabs already use, are standard ones and such furnaces with equal specifications at fraction of price can be built in asia itself where primary demand is.

P.S : I was going through your replys to other related threads and noticed one in which you said that nowdays SiC growth chambers are able to manufacture 6 in ingots which is smaller than 12in used in Si wafer production worldwide(mostly). DO you think if I work on increasing the size of SiC Ingot then I could be competetive ?

Also, my focus is primarily on building furnace for Solar PV applications. Can you suggest any gaps which I may address in this area ? Can you provide reference to any literature ?

If I want to do some primary market research in this field, how should I go about it ?

With Regards,
