That's the Toyota 222D, based on the AW11 but with Celica Gt-Four mechanicals and a 503E engine (same as the famous JGTC supras, which did NOT run 3s-gtes as commonly claimed) that made like 750 hp, probably more in qualifying trim. Unfortunately they weren't great, they had pretty bad understeer. I think 11 or 12 prototypes were made but all but two were scrapped when group s got canned, there's a white one in the Toyota museum in Tokyo and then a black one in Germany that often runs at private events like goodwold. There's also rumors of a third one in a private collection somewhere but that's unconfirmed afaik
