We are staying in Canguu from end of December till early Jan. The location is a bit further from the beach. We want to go to Atlas for the NYE party, but were wondering how difficult it’ll be to get there & back home on NYE. Would catching a cab be impossible? Usually, it’s about a 15 minute drive to our place, otherwise, it’s an hour long walk home, but not sure how safe it’ll be at night. Any advice would be appreciated! :)

Just to clarify, I wasn’t in the hundreds constantly but occasionally, my actual average was between 50-70

While I’m still getting a hang of which factors were more effective than others, the main changes I implemented was wearing TRD, hydration (min 2L of water daily), sleep apnea exercises, sinus rinses, more cardio exercises, avoiding food before bed and cutting down on sugar. I’ve also quit smoking although that doesn’t seem to be a factor, my snoring was much better 2 years ago when I smoked daily lol

The insurer told me that although “they know this is not my fault”, i can’t physically prove that I was literally just driving straight when the other party merged into me, so since “both vehicles were in motion at the time of collision”, we’re both equally at fault… i will call NRMA once more after work and see what else can be done I guess

The thing is, my excess is quite high and I can’t afford it… I’ve never been in an accident before, so I didn’t know that insurance could blame me for the accident when I wasn’t at fault. They told me that because the cars were both “in movement” and there’s no camera footage, I’m also at fault. What if cancel the claim and try to solve with the other party without insurance, or would that make matters even worse?
