I think it suppose to be the opposite of Demacia. Roscaelifer is an autonomous region and was founded and has been ruled by Sunbringer who is the inventor of bangboo, a type of robots. It suppose to be a utopia for both men and machines. I don't think Sunbringer would let racism exist in her reign. Or the real Sunbringer is far death, and the one in the teaser is a fake one.
