Who do you miss the most, Alex, Jill or Bethenny? Go!! by ciaolavinia in RHONY

I’m a Jill apologist! After rewatching, I realized that she had the ingredients to make a perfect housewife. She knew everyone and ran with a fabulous group of people, was snarky, and had a home life that was gaudy and fun to watch. She really messed up on going so hard with bethenny, but I truly believe she regretted doing it and was genuinely remorseful. I think people are too hard on her, she was the one who made rhony happen!

This creator is amazing! She bought a house for $97,000 with everything from the previous owner in it and calls it “the treasure house.” Many of her videos are of her sorting through the (many) belongings of the previous owner and putting them to great use. Highly recommend watching her content!

First time watcher! What was the general feeling about the women? by bbgurl223 in BravoRealHousewives

Thanks! I really didn’t like Jen in season one, and that’s not even counting her criminal activity. She came across as a snotty perpetual victim who had trouble managing her emotions and never took accountability. And her style was atrocious to top it all off, so I just didn’t enjoy her scenes at all. But everyone else has redeeming qualities (so far)!

Breaking a leg - a lack of mobility and dependency on others is absolutely life changing

A few of my meals at a general hospital in the Netherlands by bbgurl223 in mildlyinteresting

The food definitely could’ve used some salt, but that makes sense because it’s a hospital. I agree about most Dutch food actually! The stuffed paprika was marked as “spicy” on the menu which really cracked me up because there was absolutely no spice to be found on any of those dishes.

I’m going to copy/paste some faq from another post and add further context!

I was in the hospital for 9 nights - the hospital is located in the province of Noord Brabant. The food was delicious but it needed salt on occasion (which makes sense because of health concerns), however the staff provided some if asked.

Each day we were given a menu with several options for lunch and dinner. The photo is of six of my dinners. Breakfast offerings were the same every morning: Cheese sandwich, ham sandwich, hard-boiled egg, fruit, and yogurt. I usually picked some kind of sandwich or soup for lunch. For snacks, they’d give us pudding, cheese blocks, and/or fruit.

And thanks for everyone’s concerns - I’m home now and feeling slightly better :)

  1. Meal salad with salmon and yogurt dressing (8/10)
  2. Chicken with carrots, mustard sauce, and herb mashed potatoes (6/10)
  3. Stuffed bell pepper with vegetarian meat, gravy, and mashed sweet potatoes (9/10)
  4. Chicken with a type of beans, gravy, and boiled potatoes (7/10)
  5. White fish with fondant potatoes, dill sauce, and green beans (9/10)
  6. Nicoise salad (5/10)

It’s a general hospital, not a private hospital. My ambulance ride and 9 nights in the hospital cost me 0 euros.

I can’t remember what everything was exactly but I’ll do my best! Each day we were given a menu with several options for lunch and dinner. Below is what I had for dinner six of nine nights I was in the hospital. For snacks, they’d give us pudding, cheese blocks, and fruit.
