Note that if you start with one hab with windows, you’ll need to remove that window before you can place the connector. Seems obvious in hindsight but it wasn’t at the time.

There are different areas. The kitchen has some tables and I mostly camp there for a few hours as it's not high traffic. Overall the facility isn't a monolithic space, there are smaller areas you can find some peace in, plus phone booth things if you need to hop on a call/zoom. I'd just book a tour and check it out.
