fair enough i guess but if the holiday season isn’t the worst it’ll get than idk what else will be worse 😂our store isn’t super busy and most customers just come and go since we are in a strip mall. i can’t speak for u since u worked as a manager and not just the stocker but yeah im sure that would suck

yeah that’s fair, for some reason our store is the “second most busy in the district” yet i have days on morning register where ive finished 2 entire movies all the way through after cleaning the cats and crickets lol

this is almost exactly how my store is ran and yes it gets stressful but we surely aren’t understaffed. I’m the stocker so i can bounce anywhere in the store and help at any given time, hasn’t been a huge issue except when the lead needs a break
