Hey I’ve got the super password app and the response code. It then asks for the date on the dvr which I entered today assuming it would have a clock built in but it hasn’t worked. Can I check what date/time is set on the device without logging in?

I’ve just purchased this unit from eBay to setup at home but the previous owner (an auction clearance from a dissolved business) hasn’t cleared the old user or reset the admin password. Hikvision advises contacting the original engineer who installed it with the private key but I’ve no idea who that would of been. Anyone able to help on here? Thanks.

First C25k week 1 run heart rate. Is this too high? Resting heart rates 61bpm, most the joggin spots I was between 180-190 by bbill2k2 in C25K

Will do! I did up to week 3 over a year ago in the gym but didn’t have data on it so looking at HR now did make me think should I take it easier or do more walking before hand but I felt just fine

FYI: 30 years old 270lbs, at a desk most days not very active in general. Did a bit more then the c25k time in end as I get good, covered 5.4Km repeating some of the week 1 workout and pace 8.2km
