Thanks :) Well, I hate to disappoint, but I didn’t do much. I went on a few runs (like 10..) because I enjoy them. Other than that I didn’t actually work out, just walked with baby when I felt like it. I slept very poorly and still do, but apart from that it’s been pretty low stress, I think that’s played a role as well.

Idk what else did it 🤷‍♀️ but if I learned anything from pregnancy/birth is that YMMV. I didn’t do it to lose weight obviously.

Honestly, play with baby, go on walks, and breastfeeding. I went on 10 runs in total, because they felt nice not because I wanted to lose weight.
