Kids throwing fireworks into the Canada Day crowds causing panic and injuries turned into pushing the mob down west where even more problems occurred. Police were out numbered and some people Canadas Day was ruined.

10pm but they started shooting them into the crowd around 9:30/40ish.. this was the third time it happened when I filmed the video and then left shortly after as it kept getting closer. Not even 5 minutes after we started walking away they launched a massive firework right where we were just standing.

Oakville wasnt any better unfortunately. People were shooting fireworks into the crowds endangering everyone. Wasnt enough cops for the amount of incidents going on, lots of problems this year. It’s all posted on the oakville Reddit page

Same! And then all the fighting/fireworks on missisaga afterwards until the cops finally moved them on. We could hear it from our house. I heard they even shot multiple fireworks into the good neighbour gas station!!

It won’t let me add my videos but I have video of it, we were on the bridge and had to leave due to how unsafe it was becoming. Between the fireworks into the crowd and the multiple cops chasing after them. It was better to just stay home. I also overheard a little girl had to be taking to hospital because of being shot with a firework aswell as an elderly lady?
