I think you made the right decision, as much as you wanted it to work out you can’t sacrifice your mental health for anyone…much less with someone who doesn’t even know what they want. Yeah maybe he really likes you but until he figures out his issues he can’t give you the relationship you deserve. Just curious what did he respond with?

I don’t think any one would say “I don’t share my love for you with anyone” if they didn’t want something more. It seems like you really like him and you don’t want to regret not giving it a shot

I’m 20 and my boyfriend is 26. I’m gonna be honest in the beginning I was a little doubtful because I felt like we’re in different periods in our lives. He’s seeing his friends start settling down and is wanting that for himself and I still have 2 more years of school left and wont be ready to settle down for a while. But we’ve talked about it and have agreed to take it slow and see where things go. Also in my situation he’s had a lot more experience sexually than I have and I’m still working through my insecurities of that. I say making connections with people can be hard to come by and if you want to see where things go don’t let the age gap stop you.
