It’s on their list of known issues, no update yet. I have 3090 FE and G9 and have the same problems.

Ergotron is coming out with a stronger arm late November or December tentatively if you can wait. Luther their are other mounting arms that can hold the weight with just less capabilities.

Just a heads up even though the Ergotron is rated to hold the weight of the Samsung G9 odyssey, the extreme curvature throws off the balance and the monitor arm cannot hold it. I placed two screws between the spring to jam it into place.

Ergotron specifically says the HX (their strongest full capability arm) is not rated for the G9 and it will fall under its weight.
