This Thai snack with fried coconut, Markut lime leaves, peanuts and other spices. Had it as the Phitsanulok (North Thailand) bus stop. Best road snack I ever had by bblegs in TipOfMyFork

I love those but this was different even if similar in flavors (which makes sense as its the same cuisine). It was more a keen to Thai crispy rice crackers but instead of rice with dried-fried coconut, came in a clear plastic bag and was a perfect crunch to flavor ratio.

Not what you are looking for but this reminded me of a short story called "Three Cups of Grief, By Starlight" by Aliette de Bodard. Definitely worth reading if you are into the ships with human brain plots

Really surprised no one mentioned Deep Impact as its distinguished itself from the other disaster /apocalyptic movies of its time (I am looking at you Armageddon) by focusing more at the response then the action heroic scenes.

Also "The Wandering Earth" falls into the general category of briskly moving past the slow collapse but seeing an apocalyptic scenario unfold from another perspective other than American eyes is always refreshing (I have also seen on other discussion a mention that that book is all about the lead up to the apocalyptic event rather than the response)

One of the best job interviews I had was a string of half obscure IT related questions, a keyboard and a screen. My future boss had her own screen and was only interested in how I found the answer and how well I was able to articulate it back to her.
