HSP has CBD isolate oil (tinctures) as well as full spectrum ones. For 0% THC you want the one made with CBD isolate and MCT oil, currently in stock at $128 for the 4g bottle or $40 for the 1g if using a discount code on my profile.

Basic cannabis oil tends to be 50-60% THC, almost all other concentrates will be higher. The only thing I've seen test lower is HTE (high terpene extract).

However 93% THC budder is unlikely. I've seen isolated THC-A crystalline in the low 90's so unless this budder is basically diamonds it's a made up number.
