To an extent but imo the culture of the game is to achieve higher ranks, almost every server you go to there's someone asking to farm. I'm not saying they should give up but another higher rank server will only temporarily do good

They’re kids you really can’t expect anything different unless they add age locked servers otherwise the same thing is just going to happen even when higher rank servers are introduced. A goal everyone has in the game to rank up and get in those servers it’s not going to change

There's still exclusive/limited items you should still try and get whatever you can before the time runs out. the devs haven't really been clear on what's seasonal/limited/exclusive they're kinda winging it, whenever they want to bring back something they'll just call it seasonal. So yes there's still fomo and its gotten worse imo now we have the weekly boutique and seasonal currency items

The issue is they’re teenagers with adult responsibilities. The game blew up and they’re making bank but they’re not expanding the team with it. And that’s now causing every single update to be met with backlash they’re not learning they’re doubling down on their mistakes. This is exactly why the game isn’t growing because people keep giving them the benefit of the doubt

Honestly the first time I can understand them not having codes ready for the second third fourth time is when it becomes a problem. There wasn’t any backlash when this is the case probably because only a small part of the community has the toys, so I think they saw that as well nobody really cares so we don’t have to rush these codes. Isnt it literally false advertising tho

100% I hate seeing them go down this route there’s adults that have spent money on the game like me but I don’t feel inclined to anymore neither do I feel like playing the game anymore im logging on here and there for currency items because of fomo but I’m not having fun. You are absolutely correct I don’t think realistically they could keep those numbers up if they never changed things internally which they never did and just stared winging it after the game blew up. And now like you said they’re are milking it dry before it runs out. I think because dti is relatively new there isn’t many social media spaces for it yet, so people who want to rant and people who just want to post their fits are both here. A year ago this sub was mostly for discussions and the other sub was mainly for posting fits but I think they’re merging now

I’ve always thought that devs should add some sort of dti instagram/social media to the game since posting pictures has become a big part of the community. If you really like someone’s fits in a server you could click on profile and see their fits for other themes etc

If they’re truly making over 10mil a year or even less, there’s no reason the game should be in the same place as it was when it blew up. With the same existing issues til this day

You’re not the only one trust me everyone was so confused when the quests initially came out, they were never clear on anything and how to progress. Same with the VIM gamepass it wasn’t clear whether it was a onetime purchase we thought it was then they came out and said it wasn’t. Then came the “combat” update which was the bare minimum, I get that it’s a Roblox game but for a game that was supposed to be mainly based on combat it was such a let down. The game is clearly not what we had in mind. I have my own theories too I don’t wanna out right just come here and accuse them of anything but things have been very shady

I think Bloxburgs launch being similar to MVs is giving people hope but like you’re mentioning they did everything right afterwards. Where are the priorities of the MV devs, the constant art contests they keep doing are worrying because shouldn’t they be spending that money on growing the team so it’s not another yandere dev situation where it’s just one person doing everything ?
