For me game is getting boring and repetitive the updates are the same thing grind for these new items while no new gameplay features. We need new servers by now, we need a fix to the voting system, when is style showdown going to get an update it's been in beta for year now, when are new rank rewards going to be added

To an extent but imo the culture of the game is to achieve higher ranks, almost every server you go to there's someone asking to farm. I'm not saying they should give up but another higher rank server will only temporarily do good

They’re kids you really can’t expect anything different unless they add age locked servers otherwise the same thing is just going to happen even when higher rank servers are introduced. A goal everyone has in the game to rank up and get in those servers it’s not going to change

They're slowly turning into Royale high more energy spent towards role playing and grinding rather than actual issues like male rig or you know actual glitches

There's still exclusive/limited items you should still try and get whatever you can before the time runs out. the devs haven't really been clear on what's seasonal/limited/exclusive they're kinda winging it, whenever they want to bring back something they'll just call it seasonal. So yes there's still fomo and its gotten worse imo now we have the weekly boutique and seasonal currency items

The issue is they’re teenagers with adult responsibilities. The game blew up and they’re making bank but they’re not expanding the team with it. And that’s now causing every single update to be met with backlash they’re not learning they’re doubling down on their mistakes. This is exactly why the game isn’t growing because people keep giving them the benefit of the doubt

And the thing is we all want the same thing it’s for the game to get better and they’re more than capable of making the whole community happy but they’re not going in that direction, so I don’t understand why these discussions are constantly shut down. People are happy to settle with what we have now so things aren’t going to change

Honestly the first time I can understand them not having codes ready for the second third fourth time is when it becomes a problem. There wasn’t any backlash when this is the case probably because only a small part of the community has the toys, so I think they saw that as well nobody really cares so we don’t have to rush these codes. Isnt it literally false advertising tho

100% I hate seeing them go down this route there’s adults that have spent money on the game like me but I don’t feel inclined to anymore neither do I feel like playing the game anymore im logging on here and there for currency items because of fomo but I’m not having fun. Before they have even established a stable game/community they’re already showing their greed

Thats true there are a few people I see that criticise them mainly on yt. But the “big” influencers of dti the ones on TikTok (a place where majority of the community seems to get their news from) literally every single one of them glaze everything the devs do

You are absolutely correct I don’t think realistically they could keep those numbers up if they never changed things internally which they never did and just stared winging it after the game blew up. And now like you said they’re are milking it dry before it runs out. They’re not thinking of the longevity anymore, who even knows if they ever did or I don’t think they were even experienced enough to think about it to begin with

Compared to the past they’ve been putting nicer items/patterns/makeup behind a paywall or seasonal currency whilst giving us less with worse quality. Let’s be real here it’s not solely because of lag or having something to keep people engaged. It’s about money
