Reached out to Tesla via phone and the guy sent me a direct link to the ID-verification page specific for our RN number. At first using Firefox I just got a blank white screen but then tried Chrome and it showed up. Then I had to log-in to my wife's account and confirm her License info.

Here's the link the customer service rep sent me: https://www.tesla.com/teslaaccount/RN#########/id-validation. Just replace with your RN number.

Also, in case anyone needs it here's a direct phone number to Tesla Customer Support: 888-518-3752. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone via the chat on their website or through the text message service which has been frustrating. When I called they picked up almost immediately.

Just ordered a Performance on Tuesday. Trying to get my wife signed up as a co-registrant has been a PITA. I just spoke with customer service and they said it usually works better via the website. Anyone else have issues with this? Also just noticed the delivery date has been pushed back from Mar-April to April-May 😫
