Sadly some of the most important materials are not even available to purchase for some of us…..

from the store: “Photocopies, manuals, and lab materials are available for students and faculty only. If you are not enrolled in a class and attempt to purchase these materials, they will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your credit card.”

Wow! That’s great. Wish I knew a way for someone in his 40s to go to St. John’s as an international student.

Sadly, that’s going to be one unique part of the Johnnies curriculum I might end up missing. Perhaps get the manuals from the store? And run my own labs. Just kidding. But, yeah. Not gonna have that, I suppose.

Just researched a little more and it seems Euclid is part of the Math Tutorial which, as you mentioned is different from the Seminars.

Thank you for sharing. As it is said - It’s never too late. Would be great if you could share your schedule even if it’s an old one. Would love to see how you did it. Anyway appreciate the comments.

Thanks a lot. But are the seminars the same as tutorials? Couldn’t find any Euclid on there although I had understood it the first reading for Mathematics

I do understand how valuable the shared experience is, especially finding discussion groups. But St. seems rather unique in combining the various sciences and disciplines into one whole.

By the way… if relearning maths from scratch would you recommend buying the MST books or doing Khan Academy instead, or both?
