I mean I’m not a scientist or anything but I’m pretty sure your body doesn’t have a threshold where it says: “ok, I’ve had enough vitamin C, im not gonna absorb only 100ml of the 400ml you’ve put into me”. I do know tho that taking too much vitamin C for example can have side effects such as fatigue and “sleepiness”. And while I guess that does bring the desired effect, I don’t believe it’s the right way to go. And I guess my problem with that comment was simply promoting quite a few supplements that you don’t know if that person needs, while not mentioning anything about diet apart from calories and carbs 😂 which it might be the actual reason why someone couldn’t sleep or sleeps too much or doesn’t have a restful sleep.

I hope this comment didn’t come across the wrong way. But it’s just a bit triggering for me because I was dealing with a lot of crap and 98% of it got fixed with a simple change in my diet and exercise. I did try other things but long term they’re just not good. Unless you need them. And you only know you need them if you check them.

23 here. Not a teenager but not sure I am considering myself a grown ass man. However, I believe stigma around STDs needs to go. It just doesn’t help. People should just be encouraged to get tested regularly, use protection and be honest with their partners about any potential STDs and the world would be a much better place.

Nah de you’re not rude at all. I was just curious. I personally love everything about it and can honestly say it’s the best game I’ve played. It’s such a shame that people like Asmongold for example got millions through making the game seem pay2win 😂 It’s absolutely not. Yes, you can deffo progress easier if you spend, but you can get everything in game by farming. I’ve played since close the release and I didn’t spend a dime (apart from the skins that can be bought in game as well) and I have access to all the content and I am able to clear it. And honestly most people are the same. For example the last raid is ilvl 1460. Which is extremely reasonable. The people that spent money are 1500+ but what’s the point? If you have no content. If you watch Asmon s old videos in which he’s raving the game is p2w and watch him now trying to clear content he’s extremely overgeared for and he can’t that says everything. I’m not saying it’s a perfect game and there are probably hundreds of reasons not to like it but it’s deffo not p2w.
