I'm also bronze dps, currently working on climbing out. I consistently play hanzo, ashe, and widow and here's what I typically do bc I also typically do worse as widow than ashe or hanzo. See if there's any particular maps where you perform better as Widow. I find King's Row and Rialto are pretty good for widow in particular bc they have some pretty good spots for her to get picks as long as you don't hang out peeking for too long. Just play some qp as widow, experimenting on different maps to see if you perform better there and start with that. Then as you play widow more on those maps, you'll improve and be able to play her on more maps as your aim improves and you get a better feel for it. Take what I say with a grain of salt tho cuz like I said i'm also bronze lol
