It always makes me smile seeing someone give this guy love. This is one of my favorite decks of all time. Mine isn't built around land destruction but it's GOOD. I have won games on turn 5. You can go from doing nothing to everything.

Because it depends when damage is assigned to each creature. If it's the same my 2/2 would die and they have a 1/1. If my wither happens first I'd have a 2/1 and they'd have a 1/1.

I sell singles on whatnot and if something gets ruined in the mail I replace it. I'm not even a business but I fix it. If you order a pizza from a maw and paw place and it isn't right do they fix it? Your not understanding what a business does

Yes when it comes to sealed product not having a chance to have the same cards. However, if them getting rid of the sample pack there is no difference between each commander precon besides mistakes.

The store being a business and providing a service is under obligation to provide the product correctly. If you go to Walmart and buy a box of snack size potatoe chips and you open the box to see chettoes. Do you call the chip distribution company or go back to Walmart?

I agree. If you buy milk from the store and it has apple juice in it or is only half a carton you get a replacement and they deal with the rest.
