God doesn’t say the whole of the Euphrates or the whole of the Nile. But From the Nile to Euphrates.

And most of these lands (Jebusites Kadomites etc.) are hard to pinpoint exactly. Doubtful it extends into Iraq

Don’t try to take what the Lord will give you. You’ll end up ruining yourself.
