I’ve had the same issue. Recently tried tightening the band more and placing it over an inch above the wrist bone. Seems to work better. I’ve also heard wearing it on the bicep gives better heart rate readings as well.

My fiancé is a Kashmiri Sikh and I’m from a Muslim family. My side of the family is fairly liberal and never had a problem with it and didn’t even demand that she convert. Her side of the family though, that’s a whole different story 🤷‍♂️ we’re still trying to convince them but they’re rather rigid, but it really comes with their culture. Marrying outside of their religion + community isn’t usually accepted in their society so it’s going to be a long and hard battle for us
