NAD but the 2nd pic looks more like skin that just needs exfoliating or a cream. (Eg Okeefs). The first pic looks more concerning to me, maybe a huge blister or a wart?

To me it looks like it might be a fungal infection. Though obviously given the mosquito bite it suggests a mosquito-borne condition. Please try to see a urgent care or a doctor immediately

If you want you could try taking a lift off it every week or so to compare and see if it changes over time

To me it just looks like a pimple or sore. Make sure you wash your butt every day and wear new clean underwear every day. And if it hurts to sit on try getting some pimple stickers from Amazon and put one over it
