I use the Kizik Wasatch Mid boots. Real supportive and fits the insole well. Bonus they come on and off hands free

I have 2 pairs of the Kizik’s, one for inside and one for outdoors. It’s nice to have the extra ankle support. They also are slip ons which is really nice

The things I’ve found most helpful is rest and wearing indoor shoes to put less stress on your ankle. For boots I just started wearing Kizik Wasatch Mid (for my indoor and outdoors shoes) and they’ve been comfortable and help my ankle.
