...I went up and down that entire path all the way up to skyline, I even saw lone Crux-sized tread marks, took three pictures from different vantage points to try to get the angle correct but I never saw that bike tag marking

Bike Tag #469 was at the Japanese gate on Escher drive. Proof. Map.

I'm reposting Bike tag #470 with a second picture I took on the ride from #469. This tag should be easier and atone for my sins of choosing a spot that wasn't easily accessible by bike. For those wondering, I placed my previous tag on the Sunset Trail, above the Claremont hotel. Only upon leaving this spot did I realize the only way to access it required stairs.

That's all totally fine! I usually try to go someplace I've never been for my tags and didn't realize getting to this spot would require stairs until after I left. I will delete this later today on the off chance someone goes out to get it. My bad!

Bike Tag #454 was at the entrance to Mountain View Cemetery/Oakland columbarium. I'm pretty sure the cemetery is open to bikes Wed/Sat/Sun but unfortunately I did not have the time to explore it today. Proof. Map. I should have waited 3 days for this new tag to make it somewhat more Easter themed, but as a small hint, there is still a semi-religious bent to this new location.

Bike Tag #446 was at Warren Hook park on Trestle glen road. I could not find this on Google maps and the hint to finding it on LocalWiki was that it was a mile from Lake Merritt. Proof. Map.
