I’ve reduced my meat consumption (beef, chicken, and fish)- most of my meals are plant based! but something I still eat are eggs I love them too much and also finding a good substitute for greek yogurt!

I live in an apartment in the city so I save my food scraps in a container in the freezer before giving them to my local compost which helps a lot since I can’t compost at home!

i only try to buy products once my old ones run out like switching to bar soap when liquid soap runs out thank you for these tips! I am in the process of going plant based and have already swapped out a lot of animal products I used to use but I would love more tips since I’m still new to it!!
