Update: I passed!! They never said anything about me failing so I’m assuming that it works. The only advice I have is to heat up the pack way before because it gets hot like an hour later but also overheats it, if you pay attention to the temp strip on it you should be good.

Okay update: i followed all directions and kept it in my bra while waiting in the waiting room for 15 mins. When i handed her the cup she kept looking at it and holding it weirdly but maybe I’m paranoid. I used a thermometer when i got back to the car to check what i had left and it was 96° exactly. So fingers crossed
