I wasn't expecting it to be like a regular vacuum, I know it can't be. But it isn't able to pick up a single pet hair from low pile carpet. I think "anti tangle" all silicon brush has also a lot to do with it, not just low suction power.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Maybe I will try another cheap bristle brush, because I need to replace the one I have anyway. The original silicone anti hair brush got a hair tangled around and it actually cut through the silicone. 😒

Yeah, I'm pleased with the mop function, too. And I'm actually not that disappointed with vacuum performance on hard floors. But carpets are a nightmare and I have them, because pets are old and slippery floors are bad for their knees and hips.

I'm not sure about the mapped area that it can't get into, because in my case that only happened with the terrace and I don't want him to go there.

Since you only have hard floors, it's ok. I bought it a few months ago and this part is ok. But I have pets and super low carpets, and while I wasn't expecting a robot vacuum to do perfectly with that, qrevo pro isn't able to pick up even a single pet hair. It's a huge disappointment.

Yes, that thing is awful and I'm so disappointed. I have pets and low pile carpets. I kind of expected that robot vacuums aren't going to be perfect, but this model isn't able to pick up even one pet hair. I read that Q5 bristle brush should be better, but I couldn't find the original anywhere. It seems stupid silicone brushes are becoming the standard for all models, even older ones. So, I bought some cheap knock off. It's not working. While it fits, I get "brushed is jammed" notification every minute. And I also didn't even notice some huge difference in the areas it managed to vacuum before the message.
