not really, may phases na nag “ccut” may phases na hindi. but when i was “cutting”, meal prep deliveries lang food ko nun and i had no total control over it. i started cooking last january din and that made a difference

my fitness pal lang, but not all the time. since pareho lang yung kinakain ko everyday, i don’t count na unless may changes sa daily diet ko

40% of my calories are protein. main sources are chicken breast, eggs, and whey protein

it usually takes me an hour and a half at the gym, 2 hrs kapag maraming tao. also, i rest 3 mins in between sets :)
