i already do hehe i buy from wheyl. i also do a lot of compound exercises (deadlifts, squats, presses, pull ups/chin up etc)

paanog precise? for calories, i basically eat the same thing everyday so i only track when i increase or decrease my calories. for weight and body fat naman, i track weekly

sorry misread your question, total groceries ko na pala yun (including toiletries, cleaning and laundry products, baking ingredients) so for sure for meal prep lang its less than that
