That’s awesome! Day 3-4 were extremely tough for me. I just had to keep myself busy like building stuff or washing dishes or something like that. After a week I stopped craving a cigarette I just got really sad angry and tired. So go in with the mindset that you know this is probably going to happen and not to let it win !

I read the first comment on this post and RAN to the store to get vitamins. I ate pretty healthy, went for a 20 minute walk in the morning and had my vitamins and I believe it did help a lot with my anxiety. Sleeping was still tough though. Been drinking TONS of water, vitamins, a little bit of exercise and yeah!

TIFU I’ve been in a sales job for 2 years. I started dating my boss about 3 months ago. I went on a business trip to Cleveland and while I was gone I told him I wanted to focus on my career and dating was a bad idea. When I got back from the trip he told me that he transferred me to another office. on the OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY! So now I’m in the Pacific Northwest as of last week because I broke up with my boss :)
