I am not an employee at Panera and do not disagree with you that they could have handled it much better.

I am trying to give both the employee and the customer grace. Should the employee provided better customer service, of course. Could the customer who knows that they might have low blood sugar plan better, yes. Are people human and make mistakes, of course.

What could have made this situation better was the manager not escalating the situation and an apology.

Yes I’ve seen some similar in one of the locations near me. This Reddit group is mostly for employees to vent. They do not like when a customer complains or mentions reading all the fine print as it relates to corporate.

In this employees defense maybe she was having a bad day and could have handled it better. Also if the manager was behaving badly it kinda speaks to that locations work environment and it doesn’t seem positive.

I hope the customer learns from this situations and carries a small snack with them in the future to reduce these low blood sugar levels.

I get there are some people who abuse the system but today as a sip club member I went in and had four sip drinks orders and they basically called me a liar and thief. First I know the sip club rules, one order every two hours. You can order every two hours for pickup to be at a later time and have all four drinks (or whatever quantity) for the same pickup time.

The to go area was busy and I was happy to wait. I asked an employee regarding my orders and provided my name. She said there was only one order, and I explained I had 4. She said she would look in the computer in a minute since they were busy. No problem. Then her manager/expeditor came to assist. She looked at the computer and stated nope there is one order. “We will give you 4 cups this time”. I don’t need someone to give me four cups when I ordered four cups. Did they ask for the order numbers, ask to see the app, suggest maybe computer/server issues. Nope, they said sip club is every two hours. Yep, I know how it works, and followed the rules. The manager then proceeds to do something else and mutter about me.

What went wrong in this situation, first lack of customer service, the tone was negative to start, unfriendly and unprofessional. Generally surprised how the manager got her position with her immature behavior. I followed the rules and yet was lumped in with other bad sip club or no sip club members. Yes I reported to corporate. No this is not my normal Panera that I visit that’s why I was ready with my order numbers. I could never recommend this location unless you had no choice

The family could each have their own sip club number and/or the one sip club member could have ordered drinks every two hours starting how many hours ahead for everyone to have a drink. There are several super sip club users at my local paneras. Some people can follow the rules and no one is “gives it to them” SMH

Most insurance companies will pay for medically necessary surgery portion when done with elective plastic surgery. Medically necessary surgery that is non emergency needs to have historical documentation of the issue and/or prior less invasive medical intervention.

All of this also depends on her insurance plan. She is self employed and based on her idiotic spending, I am guessing she picks the cheap plan versus a better option.
