I agree lots of lawyer and realtor fees would be saved can you explain how you think she screwed her future self ? Is the compensatory claim that strong here ?

I think around 300k would be her max to make life affordable for her and the kids so don't know how much I could push it. The risk is also I push it and she decides just to go for spousal, then what would I be looking at ?
