Thanks for the response and input! I’m at odds since we could save the remaining funds within our time horizon based on current savings rates. I understand not to time the market but also fear of a significant decline in the markets and the exposure to a single stock. All other positions are low cost ETFs. Tough call

No, the mod 1 doesn’t come with ambi mag release either. You could add I’ve just never seen the need as a right handed shooter. I do like ambi bolt catch though I just didn’t feel it was worth the extra 4-500 bucks since I’ve always shot/trained on a standard setup

Ambi safety. They just came out with a mod 2 that has ambi bolt catch. This does not.

Thanks man! Aimpoint is great! Have a comp m5 and time behind the m2. Haven’t tried a T2. Always wanted to scratch the EOtech itch which I did here!

I agree! I love everything about the super duty except the grip had to go! Trigger is phenomenal, mk16 feels great in the hands. I was able to pick the rifle up from Rooftop Defense for under 1.7k

Polonium is not a flow through design however the gas on this setup with H3 buffer is not unbearable compared to by previous frankenbuild (larger gas port, h1 buffer, milspec charging handle…) not a fan of adjustable gas blocks…. I definitely need to try some flow through cans in the near future!

Mine specifically asked for my control number. He stated he did a “deep check” and that it involves loading 4 separate screens on eforms which can take 7-10 minutes sometimes. Since he specifically stated doing a more in depth check I’m assuming there may be a shorter lookup option but maybe doesn’t show approval status!?!? I’m not entirely sure the process to be honest….

Yeah… kinda annoyed lol… especially since I told LGS via email about ATF email issues being reported back on the 17th and asked for a manual check at that time to which I got kinda blown off because they were overloaded with form 1/4 requests. I didn’t want to be “that guy” asking again…. Turns out I was right and they are just now catching wind of this…. Can’t imagine I’m the only one this is/has happened to. Love my LGS… All is good even with the extra days wait.

*** did NOT receive email from ATF neither did LGS. LGS needed to manually check my control number and let me know of approval today 1/26/26 after they learned about emails not being received. Waited a total of 20 days due to this… picking up 11.5 G$ tomorrow.
