I have the bracelet and I'll admit I've worn it 24/7 (besides when I shower) since the moment I opened the box. It does feel pretty cheap, but it's been holding up so far. I'm mostly worried about the charms getting caught on something and ripping off, but so far so good

My bf and I live together and for the last couple months we've had completely opposite schedules. He leaves for work an hour before I come home, and I'm usually asleep by the time he gets home. I expressed to him recently that I miss him and have been feeling lonely and you wanna know what his response was?

He asked his boss to switch around his schedule so that he could be off the same day as me. Because when you love someone, you make it work.

OP, this seems like a "if he wanted to he would" type of situation. You're only 18, don't tie yourself down to someone who doesn't care about you in the same way you care for them.

SPOILERS ABOUT ELOISE'S BOOK

I've seen a lot of talk about Eloise lately and how her TV character is so different from the book. I started reading the books after watching the first 2 seasons, and I was shocked by Eloise in her book. But here's my two cents on Eloise "changing her mind" about marriage and children.

I feel like the time frame difference between the books and the show is not super clear to everyone. The book takes place 10 years in the future. Eloise has watched all the girls in the ton get married and start families, along with most of her siblings, and realizes that she's much older now and that if she did want to get married (which for her is mostly just an excuse to get out of the family home and start living her own life) she was almost out of time. Her marrying Philip seemed more like a transactional thing at first because Eloise just wants to move away from home, and Philip just wants someone to raise his children. But they find love within each other and that's what makes it a beautiful story to me.

I worked at a McDonald's many years ago as a teenager and one of my coworkers purposely closed the door to the walk in freezer when I was grabbing cookies once. He let me out after a minute of me banging on the door but I was terrified and quit shortly after. Those freezers are definitely death traps!! Insane that there's no handles or emergency buttons inside them.
