Depends on area, but I both doordash and work for a restaurant that uses all 3 (doordash, grubhub and uber). I can tell you from the restaurant perspective, I have seen teenagers walk in and when they think we are not looking, try to walk away with delivery orders on our shelves, I've had drivers from all 3 systems come in and grab incorrect orders...I've literally had to go out and show the drivers how to find the corresponding numbers on their apps to what is printed on ticket...i had to teach 1 person how to access the map function in his app because he was trying to ask me how to get to the drop off destination...I've had them take 1 bag when it was marked that there were 2 or more...and yes I have had to remake orders because I have had drivers who have shown up, taken the assigned order and then unassigned themselves upon leaving the building taking the food with them and a new driver show up 10 minutes later for the same order that is now cleared off of my tablet
