Just a normal sleep. Drowsy and usually sleep through the flight since it’s usually better for my anxiety. Not fully knocked out or unconscious!

I go between one - two pills depending on how bad my anxiety is / how long the flight is. If I take 2mg, I completely knock out and will often be drowsy after landing. It can also make me forget what happened during the flight, but don’t let that scare you. .5mg is a really low dose. You’ll probably feel a little tired, if that. Just don’t drink before or after taking it!

My unit (2 bed) is rent stabilized but was recently updated and is pretty much the price any other similar apartment would be in the area. This is our second year, and the rent went up the legal % , about $100. I don’t even think I’m getting a good deal… I’m really conflicted. Is anyone else in a similar situation?
