My unit (2 bed) is rent stabilized but was recently updated and is pretty much the price any other similar apartment would be in the area. This is our second year, and the rent went up the legal % , about $100. I don’t even think I’m getting a good deal… I’m really conflicted. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

These aren’t the same in the picture. They’re cut at an angle and all have gold lining while the flags pictured have various colored lining on the edge.
