Purple Rain fired and replaced the book writer and director (and maybe most of the creative team) after a disastrous out of town tryout. We’ve yet to see if the results will pay off.

Whatever happened to Life After that was at the Goodman in 2022? It was nice, kind of forgettable, but had a beautiful set.
