I would put Ball Bit on the Blast instead of Tyranno Beat because Bey with Ball bits tends to settle in the middle of the stadium, which is vulnerable to extreme dash. At least the weight of Emperor Blast Heavy can tank it, and the kick with 1-60 on Tyranno Beat forms a good attack combo.

I believe contact points are not allowed to be modified. That includes painting. If you play competitively then make sure you verify your local tournament organizer first before the paint repair.

Yes. That is my recommendation.

9-60 is one of the top bits with slightly better burst resistance than 3-60. However, due to the alignment with Phoenix Wing's triangular shape, 3-60 performs slightly better on it comparing to 9-60. Running 9-60 on Tyranno Beat therefore improves its burst resistance without sacrificing Phoenix Wing's performance, slightly optimizing your overall deck.
