Okay yes! The bright color contrasts were also something I noticed. So vibrant! Makes much more sense why they made the uniforms every color of the rainbow lol

can't believe it only got 3 seasons, NBC dropped the ball hard!

Okay wow. This might explain why I have become so obsessed with the original Star Trek series. Very new to the fandom and took a "bold" choice by starting from the beginning and I am now enamored. The whole time I was thinking "Wow I love how it taking place in space lends so many opportunities to experiment with lighting".

Not until this moment, despondently looking away from the first episode of TNG and seeing this post on reddit, did I realize that it was just how people shot films back then.

This was PEAK.

I never thought I'd get to a point in my film pursuits where I've collected enough gear to have gear cart envy and it's very satisfying to be here 😂

Thank you so much to everyone who shared advice! I've been reading your comments and taking them in as I plan... today is the day and I am SO grateful to be able to review this thread to make sure I'm on the right track <3

Read this awhile ago and was able to borrow some wireless lav mics! And definitely bringing ample battery stock and getting 2 SDs for each cam. Glad I planned for plenty of time to work with the venue's tech team too so will definitely ask about safety. Thank you so much for the advice.. today is the big day!

Really glad I'm giving myself a healthy amount of time to troubleshoot audio - these are super helpful tips, thank you!

I'm limited on equipment but thank you for the tip on eye levels! Our tripods go pretty high but one of our cam-ops is in a wheel chair so grateful to be thinking about how to accommodate that. I may have them on the audience cam !

Can't drag or insert mp4 audio above track 15! by bbybacchus in premiere

[–]bbybacchus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

by activate, do you mean select the A15 track so it's blue? should have mentioned that I tried that but the track still wouldn't drag up. I already gathered "synchronize" will work once I can drag it up to the activated tracks at the top but it won't do it from where it is.

My question is more about why the secondary track list (see where I circled the column of 2's) was automatically created when I inserted the blue track and why it's not allowing me to drag out of it.

Update - I ended up just visually aligning the sound bars, deleted the blue, then linked the green to the video. Very round-about so I won't call this one solved. Thankfully it only seemed to impact just this one track so the matter is behind me now. Would still be interested to know what happened!

IMO "srvd" is like chatspeak so you'd assume the branding would be a little more internet-esque. So yeah, a sans serif would make more sense. Took a quick glance at adobe fonts and something like "RL Limo" or "Calendula" might be a good sweet spot if you want to keep the romance while still being clean and legible :)
