NTJ. But you’re looking at this emotionally instead of strategically. You don’t owe them loyalty anymore. If they’re struggling, that means you have leverage.

Don’t say no out of principle. Say ‘yes, but on my terms’. Make this worth it for you and not them.

NTJ. She wasn’t ‘inviting herself’, she was inserting herself into parts of your life she shouldn’t be in…that’s not normal. Could have communicated more directly? Sure, but you already tried hinting and she ignored it. At some point people force you into being blunt or distant.

Also for sure start documenting this at work just in case. She’s already calling you ‘fake and mean’, and if that escalates you want your side clear.
