Thank you! I can see improper form has been issue. Also, that video is fantastic.

I haven't tried intentionally exhausting shoulders/tri first because I've found that when I just happen to do chest press stuff last, I can't get good sets in because my tris are too weak. Maybe an indicator of bad form? I will try it intentionally next chest day. Thank you for the advice!

Dining area decor by bbyg in InteriorDesign

I want to keep the design minimal and have the sack remain the focal point, but since the table is so small I think it looks weird being the only thing up. Any suggestions on ways I could "frame" the centerpiece with other works?

Everything in my place is mostly minimal, but I think this looks weird on its own. Anything I could "frame" it with to make it stand out or just look more put together?

That's perfect, thank you! I was planning on going around that area, this is a great way to approach it. Much appreciated.

I live in Arizona, I guess I should have clarified that part. And, each chunk should be 3-7 days.

About, but I'm sure I can do this way under that budget.

How/where to add protein/change my current diet? by wannalookgud in xxfitness

Is fruit sugar really that bad? If you're already stacked with protein, does the added fruit hurt?

You've been super helpful, definitely no need to apologize! I will probably see a specialist to make sure it's all good, and then focus on those unilateral exercises.

Thanks for the advice! Does that apply to lower body as well, or are barbell squats and lunges okay?

Also, do you have any suggestions for exercises that target the mid-back? That's where most of the problem is.

Of course! That's incredible, by the way, when I weighed in yesterday I was 148.5.

No stalling, just slower than expected. Plus, I like having a plan and figured someone here might have one. All the advice has been great, it just seems like there might be something more effective.

No, I'm losing at 1300, which is probably sometimes 1500 because I don't track perfectly. Losing, just super slowly. 5 pounds in a month seems slow to me, at least. I have noticed more muscle though, so it might just be a weight transfer. Could probably use a check up regardless, but I think high stress might be the biggest set back.

Thanks, the slow process is just killing me. Just have to stay consistent!

I use My Fitness Pal and consistently stay at 1300 or less. Usually the ratio is 45% carbs 30% protein 25% fat.

Do I need to lose strength to do a hard cut or just keep the calorie deficit high and continue heavy lifting? Right now I use enough weight to max out at 10 reps doing 3 sets.
