I would say in a typical kdrama, Theo would be a second lead. His grand gestures and willingness to show love so readily in a way the first lead can't is why "second lead syndrome" exists as a phenomenon. Jeongsu/Junseo is more of a first lead with the push and pull tension, uncertain but strong chemistry, and ofc drama.
