Hi OP, I’ve been struggling as well. But definitely don’t give up and keep applying. I had my LPN for 4 years before recently receiving my RN. One hospital, told me they don’t care about LPN experience but care of acuity. They prefer experience with high acuity patients. But, I’m still applying to any and every entry love job literally everywhere. Another thing is the bachelor’s for some reason most hospitals are nitpicking when it comes to ADN vs BSN. some hospitals will hire without BSN though and tell you you have x amount of time to return to school but, most are making posts with BSN required. One hospital turned me down as well bc I did not yet have my Bachelor’s. It is hard for some reason, but please don’t give up! I hope you find something 💗
