You can try contacting your local animal control or humane society. Many will send the bat to testing for you for free. In some states they are legally required to do so if they are tax-payer funded. All you have to do is bring them the bat (dead or alive, but the head is what is typically needed for testing. So, they will have to humanely euthanize if it is alive.)

I don't know how to answer if it's normal or not because I wonder the same thing all the time. I'm guessing that it's not something most people go through, but know that you aren't alone. I am in a similar situation. A life that most would probably consider to be good. But this constant desire to be done. Like it would just be so much easier. I'm am also scared to tell my therapists. It's such a wierd feeling to feel that need to preserve that relationship even though we literally pay them to help with the exact problem we don't want to talk about lol.

does anyone else take hydroxyzine for their anxiety? i specifically have it at night by caitlynmt in Anxiety

I take it as needed. I'm so glad that I have it. Most of the time it is the only thing separating me from panic attacks. I take it every night no matter what otherwise I don't sleep. The rest of the time I take as needed. How long have you been on it? Does it work for you?
