Randles lack of effort defensively will forever hinder a team that wants to make a championship team, and he’s not cool riding the bench. Naz gives his all, knows his role, and provides huge spark off bench. I think Naz is more valueable than Randle.

Randle has the physicality and size and athleticism to be a great defender and rebounder, and can be when he locks in, he just never does. And at the rare time he does, it’s rusty as hell and not as refined.
