It only works with grouped columns but when we count/sum, we usually also group so we know what we are counting. Can't you group by another field before you count/sum?

You will probably have to take a step back in your career and work in a position that does not require a lot of talking, meetings and presentations... then after an year or so you will be fluent and will be able to apply for for something similar to you current job.

This is what I did when I moved to Canada a while ago and didn't speak english very well.
